Griff Dines

On leaving school, Griff joined the UK Ministry of Defence and trained as an engineer and Naval Architect. He has an engineering PhD from Cambridge University. Subsequently, Griff studied theology and held several leadership roles in the Anglican Church, culminating in leading the team running the Episcopal Cathedral in Glasgow. In 1996 he was one of the two founder members of the successful organic Unicorn Grocery in Manchester. Since becoming a management consultant he has worked with clients in the UK, Canada, Iceland, Oman and Australia across a wide range of projects aimed at developing organizational effectiveness. He brings his broad experience and professional skill in working with people from many different cultures and backgrounds to his consultancy. He is used to combining client involvement with his expertise in organisational effectiveness in order to produce practical and sustainable improvement projects.
