Graeme Mitchell
Graeme is a senior consultant in organisational psychology. He has extensive experience in this field and in human resource management, advising senior management in large to medium sized businesses on organisational performance issues and improvement opportunities. He has demonstrated success in influencing and strategic thinking and has a proven track record in leading organisational change. Graeme is experienced in organisational effectiveness work including executive training, team leadership and membership training, coaching leaders, workshop facilitation, organisational analyses, HR audits, workforce surveys (including safety) and human resource systems design. Graeme has held senior specialist and management roles in the mining, minerals processing and manufacturing sectors. He holds Masters Degrees in Psychology and Business Administration as will as being accredited in the use of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator. Graeme became an associate of MAC in late 2006. Prior to that he worked for a major Australian agribusiness company and continues to consult to them today. His earlier work was for Rio Tinto in executive training which involved facilitating “Working Together” workshops as well as designing & delivering cross cultural management development programmes. Graeme also worked for Rio Tinto’s aluminium business in Sydney as Organisation Effectiveness Manager - an internal consulting role carrying out project-based work across the full range of human resource and employee relations issues to support business strategy.
