David Dadswell

Based in Windsor, UK, David has been working with a range of commercial, public and voluntary organisations since 1996. He has worked as a consultant and project leader with commercial concerns such as mining and resources, the gas industry, pharmaceuticals, and financial institutions, public bodies such as national training bodies, universities, schools and local authorities and voluntary organisations such as local and national churches, mental health charities and housing associations. This has taken him from North America to Australia, Thailand to Russia, and of course to work at home in UK. He joined Macdonald Associates Consultancy in 1996 as General Manager and then Chief Operating Officer, Director and Principal after working in the church and the university sector. He holds degrees from Oxford and Brunel Universities and is a member of the team running the MA in Consultancy for Mission and Ministry at York St John University. In 2009 with Griff Dines he founded Systems Leadership Consulting in order to provide consultancy to the leadership of a broad range of organisations based upon Systems Leadership Theory so that those organisations can achieve their purpose more effectively.
