Phillip Bartlett
Phillip is a Partner in Response Consulting Australia, a Brisbane based business advisory firm and Registered Training Organisation (RTO). He has over 20 years experience as an Organisational Development consultant and has been managing Response since establishing it some 14 years ago. Phillip’s background prior to consulting was in the Coal Mining Industry where he was involved in the start up of a major Queensland Project, working both Open Cut and Underground. He also spent time before this involved in Career Counseling and developmental activities for students. He has managed and participated in consulting projects on all aspects of Organisational Improvement from Strategic Analysis and Review to Workplace Improvement. He has been involved in the Development and Implementation of Organisational Change and Process Improvement Strategies in a range of industries in Australia, the United States and New Zealand. These have included: • Finance and Banking, • Transport, • Resources (Mining, Processing, Refining), • Local Government (Councils and Peak Bodies), • State Government (Delivery and Development agencies), • Education, • Health (Public and Private) and • Electricity. Phillip believes that the basis for an effective client relationship is being clear that the client’s work is managing and making decisions about their business his work is to provide professional support and advice to them in undertaking that work - assisting them in achieving their goals for their Organisations. He holds an Arts Degree in Psychology and is a Chartered Management Consultant (CIMCA).
