The "Systems & Symbols Audit" is essentially an organisational "health check". Macdonald Associates’ consultants will assess the organisation and provide information about where we think you may be able to better achieve your purpose. This is often an essential starting poiint to a process of organisational change identifying strengths and weaknesses and offering insight about the right priorities, order and pace needed for intitiatives to produce the desired change.
