Systems Leadership provides strong models of system design which enable high quality planning, including prediction of how the system will be received and its efficacy, design and implementation We work with leaders and technical experts on a range of systems not just classic HR systems. Our experience is that by helping leaders work on the social process implications of the systems they are hoping to implement or update, they avoid the frustration of people abusing, subverting or ignoring systems that have major technical or commercial advantages.
