Applying our organisational theory to the crucial area of the design and implementation of systems. The learning is done through working on real systems participants know well with theory input, support and feedback. Many of these sessions, whose clear purpose is to learn about systems design, have had the additional benefit of identifying and analysing unhelpful systems and offering workable solutions to their operation and processes.
