Building the Capacity to Deliver the Promise

MAC runs a wide range of courses tailored to the client’s needs. These may be used as part of larger transformation process or in a stand-alone capacity. They take a variety of formats and deal with a wide range of content. All our courses are based on experiential learning and participants find them challenging, safe, fun and important learning experiences. A general principle is that courses are co-presented by a MAC consultant and an internal manager to ensure both rigorous use of the theory and relevant application to the business/organisational context.
